On the morning of April 26, Sun Shaohua, Vice President of the China Charity Federation, and Xu Yixuan, Honorary Vice President of the China Charity Federation, visited Tongkun Group for research. They were accompanied by Wei Hua, Deputy Secretary-General of the Zhejiang Charity Federation; Wu Guoming, Deputy Secretary-General of the Jiaxing Municipal People's Government; and Wu Jun, Vice Mayor of Tongxiang Municipal People's Government and President of the Tongxiang Charity Federation. Xu Jinxiang, Party Secretary of the Group, warmly received the delegation.
At the symposium, Secretary Xu Jinxiang outlined Tongkun's development journey, current industrial landscape, and achievements in charitable work. He emphasized that Tongkun has consistently aligned its industrial with national strategies, government planning, and market demands to boost social employment. To date, the company has invested over 200 million yuan in public welfare initiatives including paired assistance programs, village-enterprise collaboration, educational support, and charitable donations. Moving forward, the company will continue to respond to the call for common prosperity, deepening its efforts in employment assistance and industrial poverty alleviation to inject new momentum into charitable endeavors.
Vice President Sun Shaohua stated that Tongkun's over forty years of dedicated efforts and achievements deserve recognition, and the company's commitment to “striving for employee well-being and creating value for society” is truly admirable.
