Make this oil agent into a 10-15% emulsion, and use the nozzle oiling method to oil the yarn in the spinning process. Recommended oil content: 0.3-0.4%.
1. In the fully stirred deionized water, add 300-500PPM preservative, and stir evenly for 10-20 minutes.
2. Slowly add POY oil while stirring, and continue stirring for 30-60 minutes after the oil is completely dissolved.
3. Recommended temperature conditions: oil temperature 20-30℃, water temperature 25-30℃; Allowable temperature conditions: oil temperature 20-40℃, water temperature 20-40℃.
4. Water quality: recommended below 2 μs/cm，below 10 μs/cm acceptable
